How it all started
Wintercearig Project aims to raise awareness on Mental Health in Vietnam through the Arts. Showcasing artworks and performances from participants who have suffered and/or suffering from mental health issues along with wanting to maintain their mental fitness.
Creating workshops like expressive art, movement, theatre and voice for young adults and teenagers, as a way for them to work out their emotional issues or difficult situations they are dealing with.
